The problem is that the plugin only counts several members who have had their membership expired, but I have manually realized that the figure is not correct I have more users with an expired date and it does not show or count them and because of this they are still able to access, I have updated to version 4.6.1, I would appreciate any help, since the collections are made manually.

I didn’t quite understand the issue. Could you provide more context on which interface of the plugin displays this count?

Please note that if an account is expired, the member will not be able to access restricted content. If you have manually edited a member’s profile or adjusted the expiry conditions, there’s a possibility that those modifications caused an issue.
