What problem do you have in the registration form?
How is possible that all users have the same ID?
All users are ID 0 O__o the first WordPres user, the admistrator, has ID 1.
Did/Do you use a plugin for registration page? Like a members plugin or something similar.
That’s impossible. Or you used a plugin that broke the signup function, or your website was hacked.
Really, I’ve never seen this.
I cannot help you to debug, because it’s a premium plugin.
Can you deactivate that plugin and try to register? After that, check if the user is in users screen. If yes, activate the plugin again, and try to register, and check if the user is there. If not, that plugin has a very big bug.
Please, deactivate WangGuard or the IP check, or you can be blocked by WangGuard if you try to register many times twp-admin > WangGuard > Configuration > WangGuard Settings > and mark Do NOT verify clients IP address
