Hi
Go to the options page and look for the section marked “how wordfence gets its ip’s” and select the one in the drop down that best suits your hosting situation. If you don’t know, its ok to select one after the other, saving in between, to see which one works. Let me know if this fixes it for you.

Hi Tim
I got it work with these 2 options only:
Use the X-Forwarded-For HTTP header. Only use if you have a front-end proxy or spoofing may result.
Use the X-Real-IP HTTP header. Only use if you have a front-end proxy or spoofing may result.
I don’t have front-end proxy and the worst is that I don’t have permission to set it up on my server.
Is that really risky to use these options?
those settings are for IF you already have something like that. Sometimes people don”t know what their hoster has set up which is why I tell people to cycle through them if they don’t know. If its working, leave it set that way for a few days to see if the traffic you are getting is accurate.

I’ll do that. Thank you, Tim for the help. And many thanks to all your team for the such secure sheild you’ve made.
