    Hi @fraugefahr,

Thanks for reaching out! By default, when a role is set to Required in our 2FA settings, a grace period of 10 days is set. This is based on when the Required option is set or when the account is created, whichever is newer. This gives users 10 days to log in and configure 2FA before being locked out.

You can adjust the grace period duration in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings > 2FA > Grace Period. From the same location, you can email users with a selected role to notify them of their remaining grace period by selecting the role and clicking Notify.

If any users need to have their grace period reset, you can set a grace period for that specific user on their Profile page or the 2FA page for that user.

You can find our documentation on this setting here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/login-security/#grace-period

Please let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks,
    Margaret
