    Hello everyone!
    First tell you that I am quite ignorant in all this, so I hope I can explain myself correctly.
    The fact is that I have 2 “twin” websites, so to speak, in which only the language changes (Spanish and English) and the problem has been in both of them for a while.
    These are 2 websites that include a store for downloadable products (patterns) and a blog with tutorials, tips, etc. related to the products offered. For its operation I use Storefront and Woocommerce and various plugins.
    Both to make a purchase and to interact on the web, users must be registered and that is where the problem lies. For some time now, users log in and when browsing the different sections of the web they log out automatically, preventing them, for example, from making a comment, a review, etc.
    The same thing happens to me with the wordpress admin bar. Depending on the section of the web in which I enter, it appears or disappears. This happens in a totally random way, since for example today I enter a blog post and I can respond to a comment since I remain logged in and instead tomorrow it is impossible for me in that same post.
    Since I have noticed this problem (and several users have confirmed it to me) I have been looking for a way to solve it.
    I have deactivated the plugins one by one to see if it was solved and that was the way it was at first, with each one of them, it seemed to be fixed, but after a short time, it failed again. I was convinced that the cause was the photo gallery and I completely modified it, changing the plugin and even now I have it disabled. But the arrangement also turned out to be temporary.
    I have reinstalled wordpress and it did not help either and I have tried to change the Storefront Theme for another (Twenty Twenty) and although it seems that the problem was solved, I would not want to have to resort to that unless there is no other alternative.
    That is why I have decided to ask you for help. Let’s see if you who know more about this can guide me a little because I’m totally lost.

    Hi there,

    Just to make sure: Are you using a plugin to manage the multiple language instances of WordPress or do you have two separate WordPress installations altogether? Also, are you using any caching plugins on your site?

    Hello RK,
    Thank you for answer me. I think that with your question you have helped me. I have tried to modify the settings of the cache plugin and it seems that I have solved it.
    It is still too early to be sure, but for now both sites work fine and the problem has disappeared. Thank you very much.
