Hello,
with your plugin activated users must enter their username and password twice to log in.

No i do not used at the time. Please let me know if you want to enable it.

Hello @konstantinospapagalakis

We cannot help to troubleshoot the issue if the plugin is not active.

If you re-enable W3 Total Cache, please add /login/ to Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>”Never Cache following pages” field, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists.
