• I am a newbie to WordPress. I have a blog. Of course, I would like users to visit and put comments on my blog.
What i want to do is put a login form on the front end of website. So users can login in and out has they like.
Just a normal login form with stuff like username, password, email address etc etc
Would i require a plugin to do this? Or, have you found another method to do this? I am new to WordPress so plz can you explain the instructions has simply has you can thanks.

  • Under your Settings > Discussion, you can select the box “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”.

Once you have that in place, then your users will need to login to leave a comment.
Please note however that a login system does put a barrier in front of your users. Users might be inclined to not leave a comment at all if there’s a login form.
