my wife is running a WP forum with Chocolate theme.
She gets lots of complaints from people who want to make comments but are not able to do so. They describe it as having to wait for long time and then a message appears where it is being asked something like “this content is not supported. do you really want to download?” (this is an error message she got one of the people who want to comment in Indonesia, not sure what the exact English message would be, although the problem seem to occur with people alle over the world).
When I tried to troubleshoot over different types of devices and browsers I never have any problem posting a comment (there are also users who have no problem posting), so for me it is difficult to troubleshoot what is going on.
I hope somebody has an idea what is going on. Thanks in advance for your help!
