When a new user attempts to purchase an online course, it is not having them register for a new account on my website. I tried updating to the newest version with no avail. This is the first time I am attempting to use this plugin so I cannot state whether it has ever worked in the past. I am performing the activity myself, but I am logged out of my account and I am using an email address not associated with the website at all. It is asking if I already have an account, but it is not giving me the option to create a new account.

    Hi @danielhissom,

Hope you’re doing well today 🙂

Could you share URL to your site in question so we can check it out?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

After not hearing back for a little while, I had to uninstall and try a new platform. I am not happy with the new one either. I can reinstall CoursePress and let someone know when it is ready. I am in a time crunch so I needed something that worked sooner rather than later.

Hello @danielhissom, I hope all is well!

We would like to have a closer look at this issue. If you please, install the plugin again and share the link with us.

I can’t replicate the same on my sandbox. Once a user decides to sign up, he or she should see the form bellow:

Make sure that “Anyone can register” option in Settings > General is checked. If again users can’t register, please try to replicate the issue when all other plugins are deactivated.

Switch to a WordPress default theme too to test for a conflict with a theme.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
