My WordPress Contributor account no longer works. The user profile pages no longer look the same. Contributors can not start a new post. How can I fix this. My next move is to disable UsersWP

Please check contributors are not restricted from the backend under UsersWP > UsersWP > Login > Restrict wp-admin
