Userswp throwing error

Hi, I have tried to deactivate all plugin just to activate UsersWp plugin, but it always show error. Though I manage to install it at first, and I made some changes on it which was successful, but when I try to access the “customize” menu, it throw error message.

so i deactivate all the plugin and start activating one by one then I discover it was userswp plugin that was throwing the error. I uninstall and try to install it, then is not installing again, it keeps on showing the error to me.

pls help, the error is “There has been a critical error on this website.”
