using anchor points

I hope Im not over looking the answer to my question in the support forum, but I was wondering if it is possible to use anchor points within this theme. I found the code where I can do this with links within a page like a table of contents but I want to set a few of my submenus to link to anchor points. For example, I have a menu item called SERVICES with a drop down menu to each service we offer however, I dont want to create a page for each service we offer. I want to create one page with everything on it, but to be specific to what the customer is looking for, to save them scrolling and reading, use the submenu to take them straight to the point on the document that they are interested in. Is this possible?
