Hi, in the settings you can exlude pages, but if you want more controle you’ve necessary to manually insert the shortcode.

i have a similar problem with this because when i select auto insert, it inserts the rating and the option for readers to rate the product (all perfect here), but even if i selected exclude pages, it is still showing in a specific page!
if i unselect auto insert, and use the shortcode, then the option for readers to rate does not appear, i could hide the rating elements with css on the page i want, but i dont think that is how it should supposedly work.
I also noticed that readers cant vote 5 stars, only 4, is it a bug?
follow-up
i found i needed to insert another shortcode for users to be able to vote, that solved one problem! 🙂
Now the only concern is the inability to rate 5 stars, only 4 is possible :S

Can you please link your site?
im using a free template that incorporates your plugin as part of the theme, so it should not be a theme issue, correct?

Yes, I guess it should work correctly so the problem must lie somewhere else; can you please try to disable your plugin 1 by 1 and see if it work?

sorry for the double reply, i clicked Post, but i didn’t see my comment in the first time.
I disabled all plugins and nothing changed, then i disabled the theme and guess what? lol i worked fine, so it’s the theme which sucks and it is ironic since it is the main aspect of this theme
is anything you can do? or can ony the theme developer do something about it?

Honestly I don’t know how to help, I never seen that kind of theme before…however, after a quick llok to the demo page seems like yasr is not perfectly integrated…I suggest to use another theme 🙂
