Using Bulletproof with Sucuri Firewall

    Hi!

    Thanks for the great plugin! I don’t know a lot about how bulletproof works, I just use it, and I was curious of I can use it with Sucuri Firewall plugin. Is this a good idea or bad idea? Hackers and brute force attacks keep trying to hack into my websites, and I’m trying to prevent that from happening the best I can. Thanks!

    The Sucuri plugin and BPS plugin are compatible. There is only 1 issue that may or may not still exist and that is: if you use the Sucuri wp-content one-click hardening feature it will break BPS Security Logging. So do not enable that option. A CAPTCHA plugin is a very good method of stopping automated hacker and spammer auto-registrations, auto-logins and auto-posting. There are several CAPTCHA plugins to choose from in the WordPress plugin repository. BPS Pro has a CAPTCHA feature >>> JTC Anti-Spam|Anti-Hacker.
