Using CDN for HTML cache

Hello!

Can you please help me to understand, is it possible to make WP Fastest Cache serve for cached posts not local index.html file, but serve it via CDN and styles, js etc? I already set up for css, js and img files and my website speed looking really good now, but as I think, serving cached posts index.html files via cdn can be another great improvement. Is that possible with WP Fastest Cache? Or maybe some other plugins can do that? I hope not caching ones, because I really enjoy WPFC and do not want to move from it 🙂

If it matters, I am using Akamai CDN from their partners selectel.ru (becasue of good coverage).
