I’m looking at using this plugin to offload to either AWS or Cloudflare R2. Is there documentation about how to setup a CDN and rewrite the URL for use on the front end?

Advanced Media Offloader handles the media URLs in WordPress and rewrites them automatically, so you don’t need to worry about them on the WordPress level. You can connect your domain to your S3 provider and then define that domain URL in WP and Advanced Media Offloader settings.
