    Hi,

Our site uses Cloudflare and we have the Cloudflare plugin installed to restore the original user IP. In comments I see the original user IP indeed.

But Sucuri is reporting 127.0.0.1 for all user events.

    Cloudflare plugin: Version 1.3.18
Sucuri Security – Auditing, Malware Scanner and Hardening: Version 1.7.11

    Any idea?

Just updated to the latest version 1.7.13 and the problem is still there.

WordFence is also installed on this WP installation and it gets the correct user IP. So I assume the Cloudflare plugin actually does restore the user IP address.

Can you please check why Sucuri plugin always returns IP 127.0.0.1?

Marking as resolved; this was fixed two versions ago with the addition of two new options to allow the administrators to configure which HTTP header is going to be used by the plugin to retrieve the real IP address of the visitors; go to the general settings page and configure the “IP Address Discoverer” option, choose the HTTP header from the dropdown that works better for your website’s setup.
