Using `comment_form_defaults` filter

The website I manage currently uses a native WP comment system, which is in need of improvement. I like WPDiscuz, but cannot see how I can customise it in the same manner the native one can be via the comment_form_defaults hook. I’m specifically interested in modifying the $arg[‘title_reply_after’], $arg[‘must_log_in’], $arg[‘title_reply’] and $arg[‘label_submit’] parameters.

Is this something WPDiscuz allows for?
