Using compressed files throws error "waypoint is not a function"

I still need to check “Always include scripts” so that it loads on old posts with comments after commenting is closed, but that’s not a big deal since they’ll be cached locally.

@drewkime: I’ve updated the developer version. “Always include scripts” is no longer necessary to load comments asynchronously on pages where comments are closed.
