Using Custom Fields for Alternative Title and Thumbnail

    Hi,

    When displaying posts, is there a way to make the plugin display a custom title and custom thumbnail image using custom fields?

    For example, I have a collection of posts that each contain these two custom fields:

    – Site name – contains the name of the site (e.g. “Google”)
    – Site homepage – contains a URL to the image of the site’s homepage

    I’d like to display these as the Title/Thumbnail for the Display Posts list rather than the posts set Thumbnail and Title. I feel like this should be possible but I’m not sure how to do it.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
