Using custom sized image in list view

    I want to show events in a list with a featured image. I made a custom size image (event-4-3) And I want that generated image in my list view and not the original sized rendered to the smaller image format. Now I have big files sizes on the page in stead of the generated smaller one. What can I use in the shortcode or where can I change the size in the template files?
