Using echo do_shortcode to insert Facebook "Share" with counter

    In the process of trying to insert a Facebook “Share” button with a counter in the footer of my site, and came across this solution in the forums. It works in that it inserts the “Share” button, but it does not include a counter.

    Does anyone know what to add/alter in order to do this?

    I also want to resize the button. Is this possible?
