Hi. My site extensively uses the Tabby Responsive Tabs plugin. I’ve just installed Easy Footnotes, but if I use it within a tab, the footnotes show up at the very bottom of the page, outside the tab in which the code was used.

I currently have EF to not display the footnotes at the end of the content, but it is actually something I would like displayed if possible. Is there any way to have the footnote show within the tab that uses the code?

    Thanks for the awesome plugin!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I’m not very familiar with the Tabby Responsive Tabs plugin, but in order for that to work it would likely need to provide you something to hook into each tab to run a function.

The footnotes displayed at the end of Easy Footnotes are connected to the after_content hook in WordPress so they output after all the post content has been output.

    Hello.
Thanks for the reply. I understand what you’re talking about but unfortunately I’m not a programmer so I wouldn’t know how to implement that. I guess I’ll just not have the notes displayed at the end. Thank you!
