“Multi-Templates” – Using fields in other templates

Hi, Is it possible to use the fields comprehensively, e.g. enter the field language, product only ONCE and use it in the other templates that are placed on the same page?

for example we have the following shortcodes on one page:

5196 – template for short product description

5215 – template for long product description

xxxx – template for seo meta title

xxxx – template for seo meta description

[wpaicg_form id=5196 settings=no custom=yes]

[wpaicg_form id=5215 settings=no custom=yes]

….

the fields language and product are defined in 5196 should be show for input only once on the page

For such “Multi-Templates” it should be have only one generate button 😉
