Using Form in a Pattern Causing Submission Error

    It recently came to my attention that when forms as placed into a “Reusable Block”/Pattern forms discontinue working. Specifically it seems to be triggering the error “Submission was referred to as spam” so I don’t know if the error is related to Recaptcha or not.

    Does anyone have a solution other then not using patterns? And if not is there any work being done to resolve this issue?
