Using HTTPS with WordPress

Hello,

I’ve been trying to figure a problem out. I have a secure certificate installed on one of the websites I help run, WordPress is installed in a subdirectory called /therapy. If I browse to https://www.domain.com/therapy the main page loads for WP, however if I try https://www.domain.com/therapy/whatever-cool-permalink WordPress throws page can’t be found, but I browse to same valid page with just http it loads just fine. Can someone please help with this? It’s been driving me crazy! =)
