I would like to resize and compress images automatically during upload or afterwards with a plugin.

I tried “Compress JPEG & PNG images” from TinyPng but it did not work with GD bbPress Attachments.

Is there a way to compress and resize uploaded images automatically?

My plugin can’t do that, but I know that some users used plugins for that, but I have not tested that myself.

GD bbPress Attachments Version 3.1 is compatible with https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/tiny-compress-images/ version 3.2.0

Works well form me with WordPress 5.2, and PHP 7.1
