Hi there!
I’ve never used that plugin before -and it’s the first time I’ve ever heard from it- but from taking a quick look at its source code it seems it uses a custom field called _nelioefi_url to store the URL of the external image.
Did you set WPP’s Custom field name input (see Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools) into _nelioefi_url already? If so, and if WPP is still unable to display the images, then I need to take a look at your site.
HI Hector
Thanks for the quick response.
I just tried inputting the _nelioefi_url into the Custom field name: ,but i am getting the same result. If you could look at it , i would really appreciate the effort!
I could if you posted your site’s URL π
It seems like a heavily customized version of WPP. Is it a functionality from your current theme or you did that yourself?
I am using plugin’s and themes that are available on the site. I have not done any mods myself.
Any thoughts on how to resolve the issues of the images not loading?
Without looking at the code and the custom modifications I can’t tell what’s going on.
Are the theme & mods freely available? Otherwise, unless you grant me access to the site, I won’t be able to help out. I’m not very good at guessing π
