Using on Divs within a template

Hi, like the plugin so far but have a quick question.

Can I use this on divs within a template?

For example – the footer div is a box and I would like to apply the drop shadow to it, can this be done with your plugin?

Really hoping to hear I can use your plugin on the whole site, would be more than happy to donate then.
