    Hi guys,

    thanks for the plugin’s.
    I’m interested to purchase it but i would like to make sure that my problem can be resolve.

    From the cart or the checkout, once applying points to get discount, the total of point available remains the same, no refresh.

    For example:
    50 points available (giving me 50$ discount).
    Step 1: I input 20 and APPLY POINTS.
    Step 2: i check the bottom of cart (or checkout page), the discount is applied with 20¥, good.
    By the way, this is a problem here, you should have an anchor that once you apply the points, it scroll down to the cart part (or checkout part) where the discount is being apply. Now on APPLICATION OF POINTS, when the page load it lands on the top of the page, the client isn’t sure then that the points had been applied…).
    Step 3: On the same page, i still have 50 POINTS AVAILABLE. It shall show 30 points only as i just selected 20.

    How to fix this issue?

    Thanks for showing our interest in our plugin. After applying the points on the cart/ checkout page. It will get refresh once. Customer points will only get deducted from their account once the order is placed.

    so what you mean is that there is no possibility to see live the amount of point left once i APPLY POINT?

    Again: i have 50 points.
    In my cart i apply 30.
    The discount is showing in CART DISCOUNT.
    But in the section APPLY POINT, i still see AVAILABLE POINT =50 POINTS while it shall be 20 only.

    You confirm that this part cannot be refresh.
    It will be updated only once the order is finalized.

    Am i correct?

    Another question: do you have option free or paid to add in the cart/checkout, how much points will the customer received if complete the order?
    Example 1 point every 10US$ spend.
    The order is 100US$. Any possibility to indicate that “YOU WILL RECEIVE 10 POINTS IF YOU COMPLETE THIS ORDER” ?

    You are right. We have just displayed the conversion rate on the cart page $1 = 10 Points according to the setting.
