using Polylang in footer widget

    Hi everyone,

    I’m new to WordPress and currently building a multilingual website using the Blocksy theme.

    I’m using Polylang, and the language switcher works perfectly. Now I’m trying to add links in a footer widget that point to PDF files in the correct language. From what I’ve read, this is only possible using the Classic Widgets plugin (or Polylang Pro), so I’ve installed the Classic Widgets plugin.

    My question is: how can I display language-specific links in the footer widget? Is this even possible with the free version of Polylang?
