Using RegLevel

I am trying to use RegLevel so I can have more than one sign up page. I have a regular sign up page and I have a Parlor sign up page. I tried redirecting one link set for Author to http://www.ajswebcreations.com/test_sites/?reglevel=parlor-sign-up and when I clicked on the button it went to the it takes me to a page with just my custom header and footer. nothing in the body. What am I doing wrong?
