    Hello.
I’d like to partner with a local non-profit and trade an in-kind sponsorship. They are a local Down Syndrome association and they offer care packages to their members. We are a meal prep service. What I’d ideally like to do is set up 100x $10 coupons (Say $1000 sponsorship) equal to the amount of the sponsorship. This way, they could say to family Smith, hey you can use 10x$10 coupons. I don’t want to create DIFFERENT coupon codes and I don’t want to have to deal with keeping track. So I know I can set up like x # total uses (in this example 100)

    HOWEVER
When I did a test, you cannot use the coupon code more than once per SAME order. Is there any way to make this happen? That way if the code is DSAV20, the same user could enter it 4x one week and 4x the next and 2x the last week or use it 10x all in the same week.

i was thinking this would be the easiest solution but not sure the software will allow it.

    HELP!

  • Hi @carolineyofresh,

Can you include a screenshot of the current settings of this coupon?
I’m trying to set this up locally to see if there are any workarounds, but I’m having trouble duplicating the exact behavior.

I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

    Thank you,
    Joey

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any further questions!
