Using Selectable Options with Pipes

I currently have a PDF with a lot of “Yes” / “No” check boxes for various questions. While I would like “Yes” / “No” options to show on the web based forms, I obviously have to mimic the “Export Value” of the PDF fields, which must be unique.

That said, I understand that pipes (https://contactform7.com/selectable-recipient-with-pipes/) can be used if I set it up as a drop down select. However, when I tried this, it doesn’t appear to be reflecting in the PDF appropriately.

Let’s say for example, I have Yes / No checkboxes in my PDF with the “Export Values” being “Insurance Yes” and “Insurance No”. I assume that it would look something like this within Contact Form 7 assuming I have things mapped the “Field Mapper Tool”:

[select insurance “Yes|Insurance Yes”
“No|Insurance No”]

However, this example didn’t work for me.

If you see something incorrect, would you mind providing some direction?
