Using single post location on a map

Hi, I love the plugin – thanks!

I’d like to use this to geo-tag individual posts, and populate them on a map, which I learned how to do. E.g. [novo-map id=1] contains all pins of all posts

One other thing I’d love to do though, is to have a map view of the individual post inside the post itself. E.g. [novo-map id=x] that displays only that single pin of the post itself.

Is this possible and how?
