Using SSBA with Visual Composer

    Hi,
    I use this plugin with a page builder plugin named Visual Composer.
    It has some content elements like FAQ which collapsible/expandable using Accordion.
    My problem is that SSBA adds sharing icons to ALL FAQ items!
    I haven’t tested it with other VC content elements, but it’s probable there are some others with this problem.
    Anyone who has idea how can I disable SSBA for these elements?

    Hi there,

    Sounds like the FAQs are effectively ‘post types’.

    Visual Composer is used on simplesharebuttons.com without any problems, it will be the way your theme is utilising the feature causing the issue.

    Simple Share Buttons Plus provides the option to disable certain post types, which would likely resolve the issue for you – https://simplesharebuttons.com/plus

    Hi,

    no, FAQs and other VC content elements are not WP custom post types, but elements, which can be used to build posts, pages and custom post types, adding multiple, different VC element types to a page, post, custom post type.
    The PROBLEM is, that SSBA handles them as custom post types…
