using subfolder to point pages to

Hi All

this is my first post here and im new to WP.

I want to be able to setup a subfolder like http://www.marklyford.com/twitter to be able to forward to a page or post within my blog.

Is there a way to do this within WP without doing a redirect on my server etc ?
