Using Temporary Files

Help!!! I recently moved to a new host — Hostmonster — and when I try to use Engageya, the plugin pulls from the temporary files. When it sends people to the temporary files, the link doesn’t work (because they’re temp files). How can I have Engageya send people to the correct and main URL.
