Hi @prinzwp,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
It may be an incompatibility with the theme or another plugin.
Can you please install this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ ?
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Nineteen for example) and no other plugins.
Please let me know how it goes!
Warmly,
Mihaela
The theme programmer (theme is impreza from envato) told me that he investigate the issue and found out that the error occurs how I described above.
I ask him for more information…

I have inspected the problem – it works with standard theme in troubleshooting mode and not with the wanted theme. I give Info to the programmer team…
It seems that the problem is a liitle bit deeper…
The theme-support told me that they will implement compatibility to the plugin if there are many votes for using this plugin.
Result for me: I have to choose another plugin or have to accept the little working problem.
