    Hello,

    I am using this shortcode [ht-ctc-chat style=3] to insert the whatsapp button in a page.

    I works fine, but it opens the whatsapp directly. How can I do to open the Greeatings form instead?

    Please, let me know.

    We’re happy to see your question in the public forum — it can be helpful for other users as well.

    The shortcodes are designed for the direct chat button only.

    If you would like to open the Greetings Form, you can use the Greetings Actions feature:
    https://holithemes.com/plugins/click-to-chat/greetings-actions/

    Click Action:
    Add the ctc_greetings class name to any element.
    And when a website visitor clicks on that element, the greetings dialog will appear.
