Using TinyJPG before uploading

    Hi,

    I have WP Smush activated.
    Is it good or bad idea to optimize the images with TinyJPG/PNG before uploading them to the Media Library?
    Will I obtain a higher level of compression of the file size?

    Is it good or bad idea to optimize the images with TinyJPG/PNG before uploading them to the Media Library?

    You can give it a shot, if it’s not too much efforts for you. Also this would be helpful if you’re using a lot of full size images in your website theme.
