Using with page builders

Hello, plugin is great! Best security plugin on ww.wp.xz.cn
But I have some issues with one of the most popular on ThemeForest theme X-Theme (or Pro-theme) wich has Cornerstone pagebuilder integrated.

Very often when I edit pages with Cornerstone I beign blocked with Shield, and then after several clicks on “Retry” button, my IP goes to the black list.

I didn’t find the reason yet, but I think that it is in some Firewall opions. Could you please suggest what should I check first? Did you have similar cases with another plugins?

You can review your Security Admin (https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/3000000236), and IP Manager (https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/3000007542) settings.

But, the best way to find out what’s causing the block is to use the Audit Trail Viewer:

Ok, thank you a lot for this links, I will check it.
One-dollar plugin is very good idea!

As for the X theme I’ve found the solution in disabling Firewall option – Block WordPress Terms (wp_, user_login etc).

Great, glad you found it. Sometimes the firewall just needs tweaked since 1 size doesn’t fit all. Thanks for reporting back! 🙂
