Using WordPress A little Different than Normal

Ok,
I am going to be using my blog a little different than normal, I want to use it as a sales tool.

(e.g.) I will e-mail a customer and have them go to a customized blog page that I have created just for them. When they get there, it will welcome them by name and personalize issues that they may be facing in their business.
The whole point is to make everything personal.
I would create a template then change little things here and there.

so i would e-mail the user something like go to http://www.mydomain.com/netflix
this way the user would go to their respective blog post.
I want to lock the user down so that they don’t have access to go anywhere else but their page on that site and perhaps fill out a quick contact form on the side bar.

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.
