UTF-8 not working

    My site is running utf-8 encoding. As the content of a post is displayed correctly in a FB post, then the title is wrongly encoded.

    Example, characters – and ‘ are displayed as ? in the post thumbnail.

    How to correct it?

    Same problem here. Foreign language characters in Facebook posts not displaying correctly.
    Manual posts (simple copy and paste URL of desired page into Facebook) work fine.
