UTF-8 URL is supported?

    Looks it doesn’t support the UTF-8 URL?

    The Permalink was set to %post_id%, and has changed to %postname%.

    Now, some of my posts have Korean Language and they are working perfectly in WP 3.6, but while trying to redirect via your plugin, it looks it doesn’t work. The target URL recognize the UTF-8 letters as ???

    Would it be supported near future?

    Thanks for the great plugin and if it supports above, it would be much appreciated.
