UTMs Not Passing in HTML

Thanks for making this great app

the app is working fine for me
i’m using Gravity forms

But when i tried to use the HTML form code to build a beautiful form using
thrive leads ( a wordpress plugin to build beautiful lead gen forms )

the UTMs aren’t passing
i tried many thing shortcode …
But i’m not able to make it work
