Hi @itsroryg,
Thanks for reporting this and for sharing the screenshot, that’s really helpful.
We’re aware that WooCommerce 10.5.0 has introduced performance regressions for some sites, including slower page loads in wp-admin. You’re not alone here, and downgrading to the previous stable version is a sensible temporary workaround if it restores normal performance.
The good news is that we’re actively preparing WooCommerce 10.5.1, which is intended to address several critical issues identified in 10.5.0, including performance-related problems like the one you’re seeing.
Once 10.5.1 is released, we recommend testing the update on a staging site first and monitoring the admin page load times to confirm the improvement before applying it to production.
Thanks again for flagging this, and we appreciate your patience while the fix rolls out.
Hey @itsroryg,
We just released WooPayments 10.5.1, addressing that particular bug; it should be safe for you to update now.
In case you do, we’d appreciate a confirmation that (admin) page loading times have been normalized.
Hello,
I can confirm 10.5.1 has fixed the issue I was experiencing.
Thank you
