v2 errors when trying to activate

Hi,
Have installed a multisite wordpress. I use Twenty Seventeen Theme and a SSL connexion. I’ve updated UM to UM v2.0. No problem.
When I try to activate UM v2.0, I can’t. I’ve too problems :

What can I do ? I’ve disabled the set_time_limit, same problems…
Precedent version worked.
