v3 has a wet run test for new installs to make sure no firewall or other issues.
It will go to 200+ images in each request soon after you successfully pulled the optimized image back couple times (around 3 times).
There is no credit limit for image optm service.
All our servers are idle now. No load.
Please define the “slow”.

When you click the “gather images” button, anything happen? Have you enabled Auto Request Cron?
