I have found many many bugs in the V5 version. It has completely wrecked our site. I have been trying to get support for over a week and even set up a test site for support to use.

    1. Featured images show up in the content even if you select hide featured image in content. The images that are pulled when using auto select – they are huge – and slow your site down, you have no control over which images to use, nor can you really tell which one to use based on the content.

    2. When you import posts then try to delete them after they are published as wordpress posts, the system says there an no imported items. I have also seen issues where you tell the system to pull in 10 posts and it pulls in 150 for example.

    3. Attribution – this was a system wide setting in v4 – which made things really easy – when i updated I was getting double attribution – somehow left from v4. When you make changes to attribution they don’t save – or the hyperlinks get removed, so you go in a complete rat race trying to fix and you get nowhere.

    4. I was having lots of issues with duplicate keys – the only way to fix this was to wipe all the folders in SQL that the system created on v5.

    Hi @keithrobertlewis

Thanks for taking the time to share such a detailed explanation of what you’re experiencing. I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused.

Based on the features you mentioned, such as Feed to Post and Attribution, it looks like you are using the Premium version of Aggregator. This support forum is dedicated to the free version only, so we’re unfortunately limited in how much we can troubleshoot Premium-specific functionality here.

To make sure your case gets the proper attention from our support team, could you please reach out to us directly using our contact form.

If you already have an open support ticket with us, no need to submit a new one. We’ll be getting back to you there as soon as possible with an update.

Thanks for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience while we help you work through this.
